보정 가능한 HYGRASGARD® ESFTF 나사식 센서는 내충격성 플라스틱 하우징에 퀵락 나사, 케이블 글랜드(DIN EN 61076-2-101에 따른 M12 플러그 커넥터 옵션), 나사산 덕트 파이프(G1/2″), 금속 소결 필터(교체 가능)를 갖추고 있습니다.
이 센서는 최대 10bar까지 압축 공기 라인에서 상대 습도(0~100% RH)와 온도(4가지 측정 범위 전환 가능)를 측정하는 데 사용됩니다. 변환기는 측정된 변수를 4~20mA 또는 0~10V의 표준 신호로 변환합니다. 측정된 변수에서 추가 매개변수(절대 습도, 혼합비, 이슬점 온도(DIP 스위치로 전환 가능))가 내부적으로 계산되어 습도 출력을 통해 불러올 수 있습니다.
또한, 이 장치는 고습(95~99% RH)에 대한 센서 보호 기능을 갖추고 있습니다. 측정 소자는 임계 범위에서 자동으로 가열되어 결로로부터 보호됩니다. 센서는 공장 기준이며, 환경에 따라 전문가의 미세 조정이 가능합니다. 습도 센서가 아래쪽을 향하도록 수직으로 설치해야 합니다.

Calibratable HYGRASGARD® ESFTF screw-in sensor in a housing made of impact-resistant plastic with quick-locking screws, with cable gland (optional M12 plug connector to DIN EN 61076-2-101), threaded duct pipe (G1/2″) and metal sintered filter (replaceable).
The sensor is used to measure relative humidity (0…100 % RH) and temperature (4 switchable measuring ranges) in compressed air lines up to max. 10 bar. The transducer converts the measured variables into a standard signal of 4…20 mA or 0 – 10 V. Further parameters are calculated internally from the measured variables and can be called up via the humidity output: absolute humidity, mixing ratio and dew point temperature (switchable via DIP switch).
The device also has a sensor protection function for high humidity (95…99 % RH). The measuring element is automatically heated in the critical range and thus protected against condensation. The sensor is calibrated at the factory; fine adjustment by a specialist is possible depending on the environment. It must be installed vertically with the humidity sensor facing downwards.
