표면 장착형 센서 HYGRASREG® AFTF-45는 IP 65 등급의 밀폐형 센서 기술을 적용하여 액티브 및 스위칭 출력, 퀵락 나사가 있는 내충격성 플라스틱 하우징, 케이블 글랜드, 플라스틱 소결 필터(옵션으로 ⁄ 디스플레이 없음)를 갖추고 있으며, 상대 습도(0~100% RH) 및 온도(4가지 측정 범위, 최대 0~+100°C)를 기록하고 다양한 습도 측정 기술 매개변수를 측정합니다. 측정 변환기는 측정된 변수를 0~10V 또는 4~20mA의 표준 신호로 변환합니다. 이 장치는 혹독한 환경 조건(95~99% RH)에서 사용하도록 특별히 설계되었습니다. 장기간 안정적인 높은 방수성을 갖춘 디지털 습도 및 온도 센서(IP 65 등급)가 사용됩니다. 측정된 변수에서 다음 매개변수가 내부적으로 계산되며 OUT3 출력을 통해 호출할 수 있습니다. 절대 습도, 혼합비, 이슬점 및 습구 온도(DIP 스위치로 전환 가능). AFTF-45 LCD 장치를 사용하면 최대 3개의 매개변수를 디스플레이에 표시할 수 있습니다(DIP 스위치로 조정 가능). 이 센서는 의료 기술, 냉동 기술, 제어 기술, 공조 및 클린룸 기술에 사용됩니다. 센서는 공장에서 교정되며, 환경에 따라 전문가가 미세 조정할 수 있습니다.

Surface-mounted sensor HYGRASREG® AFTF-45 with sealed sensor technology (IP 65), with active and switching output, impact-resistant plastic housing with quick-locking screws, cable gland, plastic sintered filter, optionally with ⁄ without display, for recording relative humidity (0…100 % RH) and temperature (4 switchable measuring ranges, max. 0…+100 °C) as well as for determining various humidity measurement technology parameters. The measuring transducer converts the measured variables into a standard signal of 0 – 10 V or 4…20 mA. The device is specially designed for use in harsh environmental conditions (95…99 % RH). A long-term stable, digital humidity and temperature sensor with high impermeability (IP 65 encapsulated) is used. The following parameters are calculated internally from these measured variables and can be called up via the OUT3 output: absolute humidity, mixing ratio, dew point and wet bulb temperature (switchable via DIP switch). With device variant AFTF-45 LCD, up to three parameters can be shown on the display (adjustable via DIP switch). The sensor is used in medical technology, refrigeration technology, control technology, air conditioning and clean room technology. The sensor is calibrated at the factory; fine adjustment by a specialist is possible depending on the environment.
